These are heritage breed American Guinea Hog (AGH) Mangalista & Berkshire cross. Larger than our previous animals because of the introduction of a Berkshire Sire; the result is a more flavorful pig, that has more muscle than our previous offerings!
The AGH hog is known for its tender yet firm meat with creamy fat and the Mangalista is known as the Kobe Beef of the pork world with marbling throughout the different cuts.
